Daily Challenge
Five strategy questions a day. Answer them all for bonus credits.
The Daily Challenge presents five blackjack strategy questions each day. Answer all five correctly to earn bonus credits scaled to your level. Find the challenge in the dealer selection menu, displayed as a sticky banner at the bottom of the screen.
The challenge uses a fixed training rule set based on Jean-Luc LaChance's table. It does not switch rules when you change dealer tables.

How It Works
Open the Challenge
Tap the Daily Challenge banner at the bottom of the dealer selection screen. Five questions appear as a checklist.
Read the Situation
Each question shows your two cards and the dealer's upcard, just like a real hand.
Choose Your Action
Tap the correct play. The available actions depend on your level (see Difficulty Levels below).
Handle Wrong Answers
If you answer incorrectly, watch a short video ad to unlock a retry. No limit on retries. The correct answer is not revealed, keep trying until you get it right.
Collect Your Reward
Once all five checkboxes are checked, bonus credits are added to your bankroll immediately.
Question Format
Each question presents a complete blackjack decision:
- Your hand: two specific cards displayed face-up
- Dealer shows: one card face-up
- Action buttons along the bottom (only the actions available at your difficulty level)
No betting, no chips. This is a strategy quiz, not a live hand.
No Hints
Auto Hint is disabled during the Daily Challenge, even at levels where hints are normally active. Study the Basic Strategy Charts to prepare.
Rule Set
Challenge questions follow the strategy in the Basic Strategy Charts, built for Jean-Luc's table rules. This is a fixed training baseline and stays the same regardless of your currently selected dealer table. Your Dealer on Soft 17 setting does not affect the Daily Challenge. Questions always use S17 rules. If the correct play involves an action not available at the player's difficulty level (for example, doubling at Beginner), the next-best action is accepted instead.
Difficulty Levels
Difficulty scales with your player level in two ways: questions get trickier, and more action choices become available.
| Level Range | Difficulty | Available Actions | Question Focus |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1-9 | Beginner | Hit, Stand | Hard total decisions against different dealer upcards |
| 10-24 | Intermediate | Hit, Stand, Double Down | Doubling decisions, introduction of soft hands |
| 25-49 | Advanced | Hit, Stand, Double Down, Split | Pair splitting, soft hand doubles, complex situations |
| 50-99 | Expert | Hit, Stand, Double Down, Split | Counterintuitive plays that most players get wrong |
| 100+ | Master | Hit, Stand, Double Down, Split | Full action set, the trickiest decisions in blackjack |
Beginner (Level 1-9)
The fundamentals. You see hard totals (no Ace counted as 11) and decide whether to hit or stand. Questions like: you have 13, dealer shows 7, what do you do? These build the foundation of basic strategy.
Intermediate (Level 10-24)
Doubling enters the picture. You learn when a hand is strong enough to double your bet for one more card. Soft hands (with an Ace) start appearing, which play differently than hard hands of the same total.
Advanced (Level 25-49)
Pairs unlock splitting decisions. Should you break up a pair of 9s? What about 4s? This tier also combines splits with doubles and soft hands for more complex situations.
Expert (Level 50-99)
The counterintuitive tier. The questions here are ones most players get wrong: hitting a soft 18, splitting 8s against a 10, standing on 12 against a 2. Knowing these separates good players from great ones.
Master (Level 100+)
The ultimate test. Every edge case in basic strategy can appear here. The same four actions as Expert, but the questions target the most counterintuitive and commonly misplayed hands.
Rewards
| Level Range | Difficulty | Reward (Credits) | Quick Chips Equivalent |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1-9 | Beginner | 1,500 | 3 ad watches |
| 10-24 | Intermediate | 3,000 | 6 ad watches |
| 25-49 | Advanced | 5,000 | 10 ad watches |
| 50-99 | Expert | 8,000 | 16 ad watches |
| 100+ | Master | 12,000 | 24 ad watches |
Worth the Effort
Even at the Beginner tier, the Daily Challenge pays 3x what a single Quick Chips ad gives you. At Master tier, one challenge is worth 24 ad watches. Complete five questions, earn your credits, and sharpen your strategy in the process.
One Reward Per Day
The reward can be earned once per day. It does not stack or carry over.
Retries and Ads
If you answer a question incorrectly:
- The question stays unchecked and a Retry button appears
- Tapping Retry plays a short video ad (same format as Quick Chips)
- After the ad, attempt the same question again
- No limit on retries
- The correct answer is never shown. Keep trying until you get it right.
Ad-Free Retries
Players with any premium pack ($4.99+) or the Ad-Free Upgrade ($3.99) retry without ads. See Credits & Pricing for ad removal options.
Daily Rotation
- Five questions are selected from the pool matching your level's difficulty
- Randomized daily, so each day presents a different combination
- The pool is large enough that repeats are rare within a given week
- If you level up mid-day, the current challenge stays at its original difficulty. The new level applies the next day.
The Challenge Screen
Challenge List View
When you open the Daily Challenge, you see a vertical list of five items:
- Each item has a checkbox and a label (e.g., "Question 1 of 5")
- Unanswered questions show an empty checkbox
- Correctly answered questions show a filled checkbox
- Tap any unanswered question to open it
- Progress is saved. You can leave and return throughout the day.
Question View
The question view mirrors the regular gameplay screen:
- Dealer's upcard displayed at the top
- Your two cards displayed at the bottom
- Action buttons along the bottom (only actions available at your difficulty level)
- No betting or chip display
- A header identifies this as the Daily Challenge
Where to Find It
- The Daily Challenge banner appears at the bottom of the dealer selection screen
- If questions remain for the day, an indicator shows on the banner
- After completing all five, the banner shows "Completed" until the next reset
